This doubled and stitched skirting leather breast collar features a crisp, deep barbed wire pattern on the breast pieces. Features a center ring with leather backer, a tie down dee and an adjustable center strap with a snap. Width tapers from 1-3/4" to 1-1/4". Nickel plated hardware (except snap is solid brass).
