Consigned Items - all sales will be considered final so we can pay the owner for your purchase. We value our customers and clientele and we strive to provide the best service possible - and that means paying our consignors as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Store Items - We stand behind each item we sell.  If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 3 days, in new, unused condition, and we will replace the item, or we will refund your credit card, minus shipping.  There will be a 10% restocking fee.  Please call or email us prior to returning for a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number.  Failure to follow this procedure will result in either your return being denied or store credit only. Dakota saddles are custom made. There is no refund on a custom made saddle.

Limitation of Liability

Equestrian activities can be extremely enjoyable, but also dangerous.  In no event shall The Galloping Grape or Mornings Myst Alpacas, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).

Exclusive & Entire Obligation

The sole and exclusive obligation of The Galloping Grape & Mornings Myst Alpacas, Inc shall be to accept return of product in the manner and for the period provided above.  This Terms of Use and Disclaimer document states the entire obligation of The Galloping Grape or Mornings Myst Alpacas, Inc, with respect to the Products. If any part of this agreement is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The Galloping Grape and Mornings Myst Alpacas, Inc reserves the right to change the terms, prices, conditions and notices under which their products are offered.  The Galloping Grape and Mornings Myst Alpacas, Inc. is not responsible for any misprints or misrepresentation on their publications, including but not limited to advertisement, brochures, verbal and e-mail communications and website.
