Consigned Items - all sales will be considered final so we can pay the owner for your purchase. We value our customers and clientele and we strive to provide the best service possible - and that means paying our consignors as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Store Items - We stand behind each item we sell.  If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 3 days, in new, unused condition, and we will replace the item, or we will refund your credit card, minus shipping.  There will be a 10% restocking fee.  Please call or email us prior to returning for a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number.  Failure to follow this procedure will result in either your return being denied or store credit only. Dakota saddles are custom made. There is no refund on a custom made saddle.
